We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced 1:1 Tutors to support primary and secondary‑aged pupils across Northamptonshire. Working in partnership with a number of schools throughout the county, we provide personalised educational support to students who require additional academic assistance. Tuition sessions take place during school hours and may be delivered in a variety of settings, including:
- Pupils' homes
- School settings
- Local libraries

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and tailored 1:1 tuition sessions.
- Support pupils in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs.
- Track and report on pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with schools, parents/carers, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience within UK schools.
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
- Experience working with primary and/or secondary‑aged pupils.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Access to reliable transport and willingness to travel across Northamptonshire.
Desirable Experience
- Previous tutoring experience.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, EHCPs, or those in alternative provision.
- Ability to teach across multiple key stages.
- Experience working with pupils who may be disengaged from mainstream education.
