Tp-Tutors in Banbury is seeking compassionate tutors to support vulnerable young people across Oxfordshire, delivering 1:1 or small group tuition during school hours, typically 9:00am–3:00pm. Sessions focus on rebuilding academic skills as well as confidence, motivation and self-belief, in a safe, supportive space where progress—no matter how small—is celebrated.
We ask for a minimum of 10–15 hours per week with flexible scheduling within school hours, and availability to start in the September
