Your Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions
- Tailor lessons to individual learning styles
- Encourage confidence, resilience, and independence
- Keep accurate records of learner progress
- Collaborate with parents, carers, schools, and professionals
Essential Requirements
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
- Tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or youth work experience
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Ability to travel throughout Dorset
- Excellent communication skills
