Are you a passionate tutor looking to make a genuine difference to young people who need tailored support?
We are currently recruiting tutors in the Grays area to work with pupils requiring personalised educational provision.
Many learners may have SEN, SEMH needs, anxiety around education, or gaps in learning, so we are looking for tutors who are patient, flexible, and engaging.
Available to start in the September term.
The Role
You will deliver one-to-one tuition in
- Maths
- English
- Or both subjects
Tuition may take place
- In the student’s home
- Within schools
- In public settings such as libraries
- Online
- What We’re Looking For
- Minimum availability of 10-15 hours per week
- Experience supporting pupils with additional or high-level needs is highly desirable
- Ability to build positive relationships and adapt sessions when students become disengaged
