Valuer Job Title: Valuer / Senior Estate Agent Location: Bourne Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £55,000) Job Type: Permanent Valuer – Estate Agency TP Select is recruiting for an experienced Valuer to join an established and award-winning estate agency team in Bourne. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator or Valuer looking to take the next step in their career, increase their earning potential and progress within a successful property business. Key Responsibilities As a Valuer, you will be responsible for: * Conducting property valuations and generating new instructions. * Developing and managing relationships with vendors and prospective clients. * Maximising opportunities to win new business and increase market share. * Managing your own portfolio and developing your area of the business. * Providing professional advice to clients throughout the sales process. * Working closely with the wider sales team to maximise property sales opportunities. * Contributing to the achievement of branch and individual sales targets. * Building your personal profile and developing strong local market relationships. * Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through effective sales and negotiation. * Maintaining high standards of customer service and client satisfaction. * Participating in regular sales meetings and performance reviews. * Working Monday to Thursday 8:30am–6:00pm, Friday until 5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00am–4:00pm. About You The successful Valuer will have: * Previous experience as an Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator or Property Valuer. * A proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business. * Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills. * A driven and commercially focused approach. * The ambition to develop into a senior or management position. * The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider sales team.
