- Training: Full time training for 3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Salary: £13,988 per annum, £13,45 per hour
- Probity Requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud check will be completed. Also must be able to provide physical documentation to evidence the last 2 years employment history and the last 5 years address history

You will provide a proactive and reactive service to make sure that our customers meet all of their financial arrangements in-line with their own financial goals. You will receive all the tools you need to be able to do this role in your company lead Training and time in Grad Bay.
Key Responsibilities
At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goals. Educate customers in the different ways they can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs
Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience
Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer needs, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are identified to ensure good customer outcomes. Join us as a Customer Service Advisor
- We'll look to you to deliver excellent service to our customers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind at all times You'll be educating customers in the different ways they can do their banking and supporting them in choosing the options that work best for them We're looking for a detail-orientated person to compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing each customer with a seamless experience
- Supporting the bank's way of working to help as many customers as possible Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restored Ensuring each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met.
