Role Overview
The Energy & Commodities Trading Venue Operations Administration team are responsible for maintaining TP ICAP’s electronic and hybrid trading screens, maintaining access rights to TP ICAP’s trading screens and following onboarding flows to maintain operational oversight. This team is a key part of an in‑house project to provide a platform to be used by 70+ oil broking desks globally. The team is primarily responsible for configuring and maintaining data for this platform and then ensuring these desks are supported post go‑live. The deadlines for data set up to support this platform are aggressive – administrators will need to be focused, driven, accurate, work well in a team and have an ability to work well under pressure.
Role Responsibilities
- Main duties within the role will relate to working in a team that provides Level 1 support across a multitude of E & C platforms to include Trayport, Nova, Prometheus and Icapture:
- Set up of User Accounts
- Set up of Client Static data
- Set up of product static data
- Post go‑live support – liaising with brokers to resolve Trading Application queries.
