Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) within Parameta Solutions, you\’ll play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the rapidly evolving financial data intelligence space. Role Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage prospective clients, uncovering business needs and creating high-value opportunities where no existing relationships exist.
- Conduct strategic outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to spark meaningful conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Qualify leads and seamlessly transition them to the sales team, ensuring an efficient and strategic handover process.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
- Consistently meet and exceed outbound sales quotas, contributing to Parameta Solutions\’ market expansion and revenue growth.
Experience / Competences
Essential
- Previous success in a sales, business development, or client-facing role-ideally within financial data, analytics, or fintech.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes, client needs, and business growth strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable using Salesforce or similar platforms to track activity, manage pipelines, and analyse performance data.
