Role Overview
TP ICAP is seeking a Senior UI Engineer to lead the development and evolution of our Business Operations UI platform. This role is central to a major transformation initiative, with significant investment and direct impact on systems underpinning £1 billion in revenue calculations across brokerage, pricing, and commercial operations. You will set engineering standards, guide architectural decisions, and provide technical leadership across corporate functions UI teams. Working within agile delivery squads, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and the wider TP ICAP technology organisation to deliver modern, scalable, and intuitive technology services. We're looking for someone passionate about engineering excellence and motivated by business impact-someone who thrives on solving complex problems and wants to see their work drive real commercial value.
