This 10 month placement opportunity will give current students within their second year of study, an opportunity to gain industry knowledge, particularly within the learning and development area of HR, and how we achieve this online. The successful individual will have access in learning how content can be created and delivered and will also work with our AI tools to help further build out bite-sized learning experiences.
Role ResponsibilitiesThe successful individual will work closely with the Americas region and also local EMEA colleagues in implementing and building out new/current learning and development modules company wide. This person will assist in the administration and management of the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting content maintenance, reporting needs, and technical support.
Experience / Competences- Candidates have to be in their penultimate year of studies, with a graduation date of 2027.
