Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for becoming an efficient team member in delivering Business As Usual (BAU) activities within the Client Onboarding team while supporting the Client Lifecycle Team Lead in a fast-paced Financial Services environment. This is a graduate-level role, where sufficient training will be provided to support the joiner in learning key skills in the Financial Services Sector. Role Responsibilities Responsible for the effective delivery of allocated client lifecycle processes, ensuring activities are executed to defined service levels and on time, meeting business requirements. Complete onboarding cases for low, medium, and high-risk clients across all businesses at TP ICAP, thoroughly completing all necessary KYC/AML and due diligence checks. Monitor negative media alerts, investigate, and escalate to compliance where appropriate. Utilise screening tools to complete efficient client screening related to BAU cases. Assist with group mailbox management, respond to queries, and allocate emails within the team. Build key relationships with internal Operations stakeholders and Front Office Brokers. Liaise with Anti-Financial Crime in London on escalated AML/KYC risk cases. People Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to provide efficient BAU service to clients and reduce client onboarding times in EMEA. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to senior management. Support all team members in their daily tasks to foster a positive team culture. Experience / Competences Excellent attention to detail, high organizational skills, and a proactive approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Effective written and oral communication skills, adaptable to different audiences. Comfortable working in fast-paced or pressured environments. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of financial markets. Previous experience in a similar organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
