Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for becoming an efficient team member in delivering Business As Usual (BAU) activities within the Client Onboarding team whilst supporting the Client Lifecycle Team Lead in a fast paced Financial Services environment. This is a graduate level role, where sufficient training will be provided to support the joiner in learning key skills in the Financial Services Sector.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver allocated client lifecycle processes to defined service levels and in a timely manner, meeting business requirements.
- Complete onboarding cases for low, medium and high risk clients across all TP ICAP businesses, performing KYC/AML and due diligence checks.
- Monitor negative media alerts and investigate/escalate to compliance as appropriate.
- Utilise screening tools for efficient client screening related to BAU cases.
- Assist with group mailbox management, respond to queries and allocate emails within the team.
- Build key relationships with internal Operations stakeholders and Front Office Brokers.
- Liaise with Anti Financial Crime in London on escalated AML/KYC cases.
