Product Associate, Energy & Commodities (Digital Assets)

The Digital Assets business is seeking a Digital Assets Product Associate. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Product function, helping turn innovative ideas into tangible, commercially viable products within the rapidly evolving Digital Asset space. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of financial market infrastructure.

As a Product Associate, you will:

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Ensure robust product governance and embed a strong risk-aware culture to safeguard long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to develop holistic, market-leading solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyse tokens and contribute to the Fusion Digital Assets Spot Crypto asset listing Policy, highlighting features, risks and nuances of blockchain tokens.
• Support product governance by preparing Product Strategy & Governance Committee (PSGC) packs and following up on actions.
• Liaise with Technology to ensure that product feature requirements are clear and delivery meets requirements, flagging any issues in a timely manner to the Product Director.
• Maintain Solicitation analysis framework and liaise with relevant internal teams on updates/ revisions.
• Provide regulatory oversight by horizon scanning of crypto regulations.
• Support platform team with onboarding queries by liaising with relevant internal functions.
• Support Product Director in analysis of tokenisation frameworks and other product initiatives.
• Perform Data analysis used for informing product road map.
• Support Product team in developing strategic solutions (competitor roadmaps, macro environment mapping, regulatory landscape).
• Exercise independent judgement, integrity, care, skill and diligence to avoid conflicts of interest and escalate issues as appropriate.

• 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology and financial market infrastructure.
