TP ICAP regularly recruit Trainee Broker and Desk Assistant positions, offering complete on-the-job training. The event is designed for early-career female talent to give real exposure to life on the broking floor, helping you understand what it takes to succeed in a commercial, relationship-driven environment.

On the day, you will:
