We\’re hiring a Professional Services Operations Analyst to join our newly formed PS Operations team at Proactis. This is a high-impact role where you’ll design and optimise processes, manage documentation standards, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that enable consistent, data-driven service delivery across our global client base.

Proactis is a leading Source-to-Pay software provider helping mid-market organisations streamline procurement and finance operations. With a strong footprint across service-led industries, we’re on a mission to digitise and automate processes that reduce costs, improve compliance, and drive efficiency.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and standardising core Professional Services processes to ensure global consistency and scalability.
- Managing central repositories for PS documentation (templates, playbooks, guides), ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Leading onboarding and enablement programs for new hires and delivery partners.
- Supporting project and service management tools (e.g., Certinia PSA, Asana), including configuration, training, and workflow optimisation.
- Partnering with Finance to ensure data integrity and produce accurate reports on bookings, revenue, utilisation, and KPIs.
- Analysing operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support change initiatives and promote a data-driven culture.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a PS Operations Analyst in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- Strong background in process mapping, documentation management, and performance analysis.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred).
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
