TP Care at Homes Ltd is recruiting dedicated Health Care Assistants to support a very active, sporty and motivated woman with a spinal injury in her own home in Blandford Forum.
Week A: Wed & Thu 08:00-14:00. Week B: Fri, Sat & Sun 08:00-14:00.
Pay: £15.00 per hour. Free parking.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and proof of right to work in the UK.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable (public transport is accessible for locally based applicants).
- Experience supporting people with spinal injury is an advantage; full training and shadow shifts are provided.
- Willingness to complete mandatory training including safeguarding, moving and handling, and medication awareness.
- Due to the personal nature of the role, this position is open to female applicants only (a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Equality Act 2010).
