tp bennett are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Urban Designer with a strong GIS/CAD focus to support the delivery of large-scale masterplanning projects and be a part of a growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of professional experience in urban planning, architecture, or landscape architecture environments, with a strong focus on the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the GIS and CAD workflows across masterplanning projects, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and manage spatial databases, maps, and visualizations to support planning and design decisions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including urban designers, planners, and engineers.
- Translate conceptual designs into detailed CAD drawings and GIS datasets.
- Integrate GIS analysis into planning reports and presentations.
- Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with project and regional requirements.
- Support site analysis, land use planning, and infrastructure mapping using GIS tools.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
