We are seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join one of our established Interior Design Studios in London. If you are an ambitious designer looking to further develop your career within a successful, collaborative, and design-led practice, this is a great opportunity!

Responsibilities include:

  • Support Project Directors and Directors in the delivery of interior design projects, with a strong focus on corporate and workplace fit-outs.
  • Take responsibility for running projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring design excellence and technical accuracy.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, including presenting design concepts and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Meet and liaise with clients to assess project requirements, budgets, costs, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare high-quality technical and 3D drawings, including CAD layouts, Revit models, and visualisations.
  • Produce presentation materials, including mood boards, sample boards, and client-facing design presentations.
  • Select finishes, materials, and FF&E in line with project briefs, budgets, and sustainability considerations.
  • Coordinate with consultant teams to support design development and technical coordination.
  • Manage and mentor Junior Interior Designers, supporting their development and ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Assist with cost management and budget planning alongside the wider project team.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required to support the business and project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in workplace and corporate interior design.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly, including three-dimensional thinking and spatial awareness.
  • Intermediate-level experience using Revit is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent conceptual design, detailing, and presentation skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to travel or work extended hours when required to meet project deadlines.
