- Manage and mentor junior interior designers, fostering a positive, motivated, and high-performing team culture.
- Take responsibility for programme management, cost planning, and budget control in collaboration with the wider project team.
- Lead the selection and specification of finishes, materials, and FF&E, ensuring alignment with client aspirations, sustainability goals, and budget parameters.
- Champion sustainability principles and support the delivery of projects that align with client sustainability strategies and best practice.
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a consistently high standard of design and delivery.
- Provide leadership cover and decision-making support when Directors are away, ensuring continuity across projects and teams.
- Degree-qualified in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Solid industry experience, with a strong track record delivering workplace interior projects.
- Demonstrable experience running projects across RIBA Stages 0–6, with particular strength at the front-end design and client engagement stages.
- Proven expertise in client-facing roles, including presentations, stakeholder management, and relationship building within workplace design.

- Strong understanding of technical detailing, construction processes, and on-site delivery.
- Excellent conceptual design, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven experience leading, managing, and motivating design teams.
- A strong designer with a keen eye for detail, quality, and materiality, while remaining hands-on across all stages of the project process.
- Well-rounded knowledge of the full interior design workflow, from early-stage strategy and concept design through to completion.
- A self-motivated, positively minded, and collaborative team player who thrives in a studio environment.
- Passion for sustainability and experience implementing sustainable design strategies in line with client objectives.
