We have an exciting new opportunity in our expanding Technical Group for a CDM Principal Designer Advisor. You will support project teams in meeting and exceeding statutory and best practice requirements under the CDM Regulations 2015 and related health and safety legislation, while driving best practice in design risk management across tp bennett.
This role combines hands-on project support with fee-earning project work, ensuring that every scheme is planned, managed, and coordinated. You will lead the development and integration of robust CDM and Principal Designer processes across our projects, embedding proactive risk management and safe design thinking from concept through to completion.
Contributing to developing knowledge, tools, and in-house training for tp bennett staff will also be integral to this role. As tp bennett’s dedicated CDM Principal Designer Advisor, you will champion design safety and assist teams across studios to embed CDM and Principal Designer thinking into our creative and technical processes.
Working collaboratively with design, technical, and building safety specialists, you will help shape a practice-wide culture that views CDM compliance as a framework for better, safer design and delivery.
