Due to project successes, we are looking for experienced Architectural Technologists / Technicians with proven Revit proficiency and experience of RIBA stages 3-5. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Architecture Studios working on residential-led mixed-use schemes across London. With key responsibilities and full exposure to all aspects of the projects, this role will push your career to the next level.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Assisting the Project Director on design documentation ensuring designs are Building Regulation compliant
- Primarily working in Stages 3 & 4 producing documentation for Tender & Construction
- Technical package drawing delivery
- Updating and managing the Revit model regularly
- Coordination of consultant services drawings and models
- Minute taking & site reports
- Site visits to inspect the progress of the works
- Liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors
- Presence on site to monitor live projects and work with contractor teams to resolve queries
