Architectural Technologist

Due to project successes, we are looking for experienced Architectural Technologists / Technicians with proven Revit proficiency and experience of RIBA stages 3-5.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Architecture Studios working on residential-led mixed-use schemes across London.

With key responsibilities and full exposure to all aspects of the projects, this role will push your career to the next level.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Assisting the Project Director on design documentation ensuring designs are Building Regulation compliant Primarily working in Stages 3 & 4 producing documentation for Tender & Construction Technical package drawing delivery Updating and managing the Revit model regularly Coordination of consultant services drawings and models Minute taking & site reports Site visits to inspect the progress of the works Liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors Presence on site to monitor live projects and work with contractor teams to resolve queries Please apply with your cv and portfolio.
