About the Role
We are now recruiting a Supervisor to join our team at The Tipsy Bird in Belfast. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to develop their leadership skills. Joining the team as a Supervisor, you’ll ensure every shift goes like clockwork. That involves enabling your team to deliver the best possible service and confidently dealing with any issues that arise. You’ll also get to know busy times, and ensure we’re ready for them, and organise rotas accordingly. We think of ourselves as a close-knit team and you’ll help to ensure that everyone feels supported and confident in their roles. And we’ll support you with a place on our Supervisor Development Programme mentored by the wider team to ensure you feel part of our big family.
