Who are we looking for

An experienced and detail-oriented Photographic Retoucher to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of image manipulation techniques, colour correction, and compositing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual perfection. You should be comfortable communicating with colleagues and stakeholders, and able to work efficiently within tight deadlines.

What you’ll be doing

As the Photographic Retoucher, you will play a crucial part in bringing our creative visions to life for various T&P clients. You will be responsible for high-quality image manipulation, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all projects. This includes amending images, implementing corrections, and driving visual improvements. You will also be involved in communicating with creative teams and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

Quality Assurance is a significant task within the role. You will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of retouching on all photographic assets across agency teams, working with the support of the Creative Lead. As part of the role, you’ll be expected to confidently present and articulate requirements and solutions to internal and client teams.

  • Performing colour correction, compositing, and other advanced image manipulation techniques.
  • Collaborating closely with photographers, designers, and art directors to achieve desired visual outcomes.

  • Liaising with creative teams to ensure project requirements are met and feedback is incorporated.
  • Maintaining an organized workflow and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensuring all retouched images are optimized for various platforms and outputs

What we require from you:

  • Proven experience as a Photographic Retoucher with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Deep understanding of photographic retouching techniques, colour theory, and image composition.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge).
  • Awareness and interest in current image manipulation trends through AI
  • Excellent eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience working with graphic designers and art directors.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems (Desirable).
  • Proficiency with understanding data (Desirable)
