Receptionist and Administration Assistant Teignmouth, Devon About Us With offices in Exeter, Teignmouth, and Newton Abbot, Tozers Solicitors LLP is looking for a Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join their team working from their Teignmouth office on a full-time, permanent basis. We will also consider part-time applicants as part of a job share. With 30 partners and 190 staff across our offices, we offer unrivalled legal services to businesses and individuals, both locally and nationally. The Role As a Receptionist and Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional reception service. You will ensure that all visitors and callers are attended to promptly and courteously, enhancing the firm’s reputation for excellent client experience. Alongside reception duties, you will be responsible for a range of office administration tasks, including handling daily post, stocktaking supplies, and preparing documents. Additionally, you will: – Assist with archiving client files – Maintain accurate records for document storage and retrieval – Manage the secure storage of documents – Support the team with photocopying and audio typing About You To be considered as a Receptionist and Administration Assistant, you will need: – Excellent communication and client care skills – First-class administration skills – Professional telephone skills The closing date for this role is 28th March 2025.
