The Role As an IT Support Technician, you will provide first-line technical support across our firm. Working within our IT Team, you’ll manage helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot issues, and oversee the evaluation and roll-out of new hardware and software, delivering training to ensure our team can effectively use our systems. About You To be considered as an IT Support Technician, you will need: – At least three years’ experience in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk roles – A strong interest and aptitude for IT – The ability to plan, organise, and analyse your own work – Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills – The ability to work independently and within a team – At least one IT-related qualification at A-Level (or equivalent) or higher The closing date for this role is 14th March 2025.
