Our busy property team provides a bespoke conveyancing service across England and Wales tailored to meet our clientsβ needs. We have a large and expanding team of skilled and respected property lawyers who pride themselves on their level of service, combining a traditional personal approach with speed and efficiency using the latest technology. A significant amount of work is received through recommendations from clients as well as from local estate agents with whom we have excellent relationships.
Your role as part of our residential property team will include acting for clients in a broad range of residential property work, primarily freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including for investor clients), transfers of equity and remortgages. While you will be supported in your work, you will be capable of running your own caseload with minimal supervision. You will pro-actively participate in department and firm-wide marketing initiatives as well as initiate, build and maintain client and referrer relationships.
You will be a property Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer with your experience having been gained from general residential property work. You will be personable, driven, and enthusiastic and an effective communicator who is looking to build a successful career in residential property. As well as being comfortable working collaboratively within our team, you will also be able to work independently at all times.
