Our specialist team in Newton Abbot is one of the largest in the South West. We represent children, parents and grandparents who are the subject of care proceedings as well as all private law applications and divorce and injunction matters. A high percentage of our work is dealing with public law proceedings, where we are instructed by CAFCASS.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be managing and conducting your own caseload and assisting other fee earners with their caseloads, when necessary. The caseload will include both public law, private law and rule 16.4 appointments.

You will need to be a member of the Children’s Panel and able to work independently but also as part of a team. You will need good advocacy skills and good IT and administrative skills.
