Tozers LLP is looking for an Experienced Property Paralegal to join their team in Exeter. We have 30 partners and 190 staff across offices, offering legal services to businesses and individuals.

The Role
As an Experienced Property Paralegal, you will provide vital legal support to our clients within the Social Housing Property team. Responsibilities include:
- Working across sales, acquisitions, leases, and shared ownership transactions.
- Managing Land Registry applications and requisitions.
- Supporting clients across a range of property scenarios.
About You
- Experience in sales, acquisitions, leases, and general property transactions.
- Knowledge of conveyancing process.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Positive, proactive approach.
