Tozers has a strong and effective corporate and commercial team servicing clients locally and nationally and we are looking to recruit a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or FCILEx to join our team in Exeter. The successful applicant will play a role in servicing our existing client base whilst also contributing to further growth.
We have developed excellent working relationships with public and private management teams and have links with a range of other professional groups.
What you'll be doing
You will be advising national and regional businesses, banks, developer, and landowner clients on all aspects of commercial property work including sales, purchases and leases.
What we're looking for
You should be comfortable working collaboratively, but you will also be able to work independently, at all times ensuring that the clients' needs are paramount. You will also be comfortable with business development. As well as an effective communicator you will be as passionate as we are about delivering a professional, proactive service to all of our clients. This role will require the successful candidate to be in our Exeter office 2-3 days a week. Initially you will be office-based to help you familiarise yourself with the team, our work, and the support available to you.

You will be a newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 0-2 years PQE and ideally, you will have experience of acting in commercial property transactions.
