O&M Manager / Senior Engineer BESS (Utility-Scale) Can be based anywhere in the UK Fully remote – Some site and office visits required Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 + Package Benefits: Bonus, Private Healthcare, Vehicle, Pension, 28 days holiday and more… Position: O&M Manager / Senior Engineer Job Description: * Team Leader responsibilities with a duty of care to the team offering technical support and guidance * Maintain Energy Storage Systems to a high standard by carrying out regular inspection and maintenance, annual capacity tests, trouble shooting and reactive maintenance works * Perform system software and firmware upgrades * Monitor operation performance monitoring and data assessment * Provide phone support and remote diagnostics to customers * Troubleshoot equipment located at BESS sites Requirements: * Working experience with BESS * Working knowledge of HV/LV power electronics including inverters / converters / Transformers * Strong understanding of IT related subjects, CMD, remote desktop connections, networking (subnet, VLANs, static IP/DHCP), MODBUS/TCP protocols * Gold JIB Card or Eligible to obtain one * Ideally a HV authorised person How to Apply: If you are ready to take on this exciting role as a O&M Manager / Senior Engineer with a leading renewable energy company, we would love to hear from you!
