With a growing portfolio covering renewable technologies and energy-efficient upgrades, we are expanding rapidly and are now seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations and drive growth at our Newark branch. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for branch performance, people management, sales growth, and operational excellence.
The Role
As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of all branch activities, setting clear commercial objectives, managing budgets, and monitoring KPIs to deliver profitable growth. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and sales performance across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day branch operations, budgets, and performance targets
- Delivering revenue growth and improving profit margins across products and services
- Leading, motivating, and developing office-based and site-based teams
Essential Requirements
- Proven management experience leading teams and delivering commercial results
- Strong experience within renewable energy technologies, particularly air source heat pumps and underfloor heating
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and improve profit margins
