Overview

Are you a skilled Heat Pump Engineer looking to develop your career in the fast-growing renewable energy sector? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that designs and installs sustainable heating systems and low-carbon technologies across residential and commercial projects.

You\’ll be part of a friendly and professional installation team, working on air source and ground source heat pump systems, helping to create energy-efficient buildings that perform better for both people and the planet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and maintain Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pump systems.
  • Lead or assist on installations, ensuring safe, high-quality workmanship.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain product operation and maintenance.
  • Support with training junior team members and sharing technical knowledge.
  • Complete job paperwork, handovers, and compliance documentation accurately.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a professional approach, upholding company values and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
  • Experience fitting Air Source or Ground Source Heat Pumps.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Electrical experience or qualifications.
  • Experience with Solar PV, MVHR systems, or other renewable technologies.

Schedule
