Overview
Are you a skilled Heat Pump Engineer looking to develop your career in the fast-growing renewable energy sector? You\βll be part of a friendly and professional installation team, working on air source and ground source heat pump systems, helping to create energy-efficient buildings that perform better for both people and the planet.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pump systems.
- Lead or assist on installations, ensuring safe, high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain product operation and maintenance.
- Support with training junior team members and sharing technical knowledge.
- Complete job paperwork, handovers, and compliance documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a professional approach, upholding company values and safety standards.
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
- Experience fitting Air Source or Ground Source Heat Pumps.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Desirable Skills
- Electrical experience or qualifications.
- Experience with Solar PV, MVHR systems, or other renewable technologies.

Schedule
