Tozer Group is seeking a Head of Asset Performance to own a portfolio of renewable energy assets, driving performance optimisation, contractual compliance, and operational excellence. This senior role requires a track record in asset performance, operations or engineering within energy, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
You will monitor KPIs, manage LD exposure, coordinate with field teams and subcontractors, deliver performance reviews, and communicate financial risks to clients.
