Job Description
With a hybrid setup giving you four days in the office and one at home, youll have flexibility without sacrificing collaboration.
And with a structured skills matrix, you can plot your progression, close development gaps and work towards chartered status.
The matrix covers 15 categories, giving you the exposure and experience needed to keep moving forward. Youll work across a variety of sectors, from commercial and education to MOD and retail, so youll never be stuck doing the same thing twice.

What youll do
You'll design electrical systems for buildings, covering everything from small power and lighting to fire alarms and security systems.
Using Amtech and AutoCAD, youll produce detailed designs, specifications and working drawings. Youll also head to site to survey, write technical reports and monitor progress, giving you hands-on experience that few positions offer.
Meeting with clients and contractors, youll shape projects from start to finish, building your influence and visibility in the industry.
