The role You’ll take ownership of mechanical building services design from initial concept through to construction, bringing your technical expertise, experience and judgement to every stage of project delivery. Working as part of a close-knit, collaborative team, your responsibilities will include: * Leading mechanical building services design from concept through to construction. * Producing and coordinating high-quality technical designs using Revit and specialist HVAC design software. * Managing design deliverables, technical standards and project deadlines. * Working closely with clients, architects, contractors and other design disciplines to achieve successful project outcomes. What you'll have: * Experience: A strong background in mechanical building services engineering, with the ability to independently lead and deliver designs. * Revit and BIM: Confident using Revit, with a good understanding of BIM processes and collaborative design delivery. * Communication: Comfortable working with clients, contractors and colleagues, with a practical and collaborative approach to coordination.
