What you'll do: Lead and manage the MEP design process across multiple projects ranging between £2 - 15 million, Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health design information with architectural, structural and specialist subcontractor design packages. Review drawings, specifications, technical submissions, calculations and design proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance, buildability and value. Provide strong leadership, mentoring and guidance to design team members, consultants and wider project teams.
