Enjoy a 35-hour workweek, giving you more time back each week without the pressure of long hours. And with a flat team structure, you’ll have direct access to experienced engineers and decision-makers, making it easier to develop your skills and influence designs from day one. Take on projects that will sharpen your technical skills and give you ownership of mechanical design solutions across a variety of building types, including schools, offices and residential properties. You’ll be trusted to carry out condition surveys, site inspections and remedial design work, giving you hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle. What you\’ll do Use your mechanical design expertise to develop HVAC solutions, applying detailed calculations and design principles to ensure effective systems. You’ll conduct condition surveys on existing M&E plant, producing technical reports that will build your analytical and advisory skills. Carry out site visits and inspections, giving you practical, on-the-ground experience and the chance to work closely with project stakeholders, expanding your professional network and communication skills. What you\’ll need * At least five years’ experience in building services design * A formal education in mechanical engineering These will ensure you’re ready to take advantage of the technical depth and variety of work you’ll be involved in, helping you build expertise that’s in demand across the industry.
