This company has serious expansion plans, 3 x offices and a turnover approaching £50M. There is a variety of work which requires you to mix your duties depending on the needs of a project.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Full responsibility for M&E design team and design function
- Technical ownership of design output, management of design process and sub consultant management
- Working alongside pre-construction and operations managers
- Involved in tender management and bid process
You will have:
- Strong technical building services background
- Ambitious character and good communicator
- Strong personality who can build on existing client relationships
Projects: Wide ranging schemes including MOD, MOJ, commercial developments, blue light services, infrastructure and transportation.
Company: Strong M&E contracting organisation with design, contracting and maintenance division. Medium sized business who have strong clients including household names Ocado and BAE. 3 offices nationwide well placed to support the UK as a whole.
