What you’ll do
- You’ll lead projects and manage a team completing mechanical building services projects.
- You’ll meet with clients to agree the brief and oversee the concept and detailed design of mechanical systems.
- You’ll organise and resource a team into a workstream to carry out design duties and liaise with REVIT and CAD departments to ensure accurate drawing production.
- You’ll also work closely with architects and sub-contractors to ensure designs are installed efficiently.

- 10 years or more mechanical building services design experience
- Good man management skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team
