What you'll be doing:
- Building services design position for an electrical design engineer in the Wirral office.
- You will work closely with the company's clients, their design partners, and internal team members.
- The role will involve detailed design, design reviews, surveys, CAD drawings production, project and information management in relation to project delivery.
- You will work on a wide variety of schemes including schools, industrial facilities, decarbonisation schemes, commercial offices, residential, and student accommodation.
- You will be encouraged to develop your design skills and will be exposed to design team meetings; when ready, you will run your own projects.
- The company is investing in BIM and works closely with local and national architects, developers, and end-user clients.
They are looking for someone who:
- Has a hands-on approach to electrical design engineering.
- Likes to have input into conceptual design techniques, decision-making processes, and problem-solving.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and is capable of transmitting their passion for engineering to clients, other professions, and the team.
