What you will do:
- Lead projects and manage a team completing mechanical building services projects.
- Meet with clients to agree the brief and oversee the concept and detailed design of mechanical systems.
- Organise and resource a team into a workstream to carry out design duties and liaise with REVIT and CAD departments to ensure accurate drawing production.
- Work closely with architects and sub-contractors to ensure designs are installed efficiently.
What you will need:
- 10 years or more mechanical building services design experience.
- Good man management skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Ambition to become a future Associate Director, with a clear path to achieve this.
