Work includes large new build projects in residential and commercial sectors. Work also in huge growth sectors such as Data Centres and critical systems. Very strong internal BIM support. Projects include new build hotels and commercial offices, data centres and industrial schemes. The role: Senior design engineer. Producing detailed design calculations on a range of mechanical services. Responsibilities will include: Detailed design for contractors at RIBA Stage 4. Writing specifications HVAC design calculations Leading design team meetings mainly via Video link This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can work independently and deliver projects from start to finish who wants to get rid of the commute to work!
