What you’ll do
- You’ll support the coordination, review and delivery of MEP designs, making sure all systems are integrated effectively within project requirements, timelines and quality standards.
- You’ll work closely with engineers, architects, contractors and internal teams to facilitate design integration and maintain organised records of design changes, revisions and documentation.
- Attending external design team meetings and internal project team meetings, you’ll prepare minutes and action trackers to keep everything on track.
- You’ll also liaise with internal commercial and contracts teams on project matters and ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations and company procedures.
What you’ll need
- At least 3 years of building services design experience, giving you a strong foundation in MEP systems and project delivery.
- Experience in coordinating and reviewing designs, so you’re ready to take on more responsibility in managing the process.
- Good communication skills, as you’ll be working with a range of stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly.
