A rare opportunity has opened in our Hastings branch for a high-performing, driven individual to step into the role of Business Manager. This is not your average position. The last person in this role was a key part of the sales team for 10 years — a true reflection of both the earning potential and the supportive environment we’ve built. Working alongside the Sales team, you’ll be responsible for delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions to our customers. This includes Toyota Financial Services, vehicle insurance, warranties, service plans, and a range of value-added products. Your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and close with confidence will be key to your success.
While experience in finance or sales is an advantage, it’s not essential. What matters most is your attitude — you’ll bring energy, professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong desire to succeed.
