This is an exciting opportunity for you join our fast-growing Car Rental Company which is part of the Currie Motors Group and is in a fast growth phase. A Genuine career path and development is available for the right candidate.

We are looking for an ambitious individual to deliver an exemplary handover experience to our customers. Primarily based at Ware with the flexibility to arrange vehicle handovers at our other local branches.

The Role:

Providing the highest level of customer service to all of our rental customers

Ensuring accurate vehicle handovers and damage inspections are completed for all hires.

To ensure that the vehicles are moved between sites in an efficient manner

Ensure Company’s insurance guidelines are adhered to in order to minimise the risk of theft or damage to vehicles

Ensuring vehicles are prepared and ready for rental which may include cleaning vehicles as advised by your line manager.

Must have held a full UK Driving Licence for over 2 years

Excellent, friendly customer service skills, enabling great interactions with all of our customers

Positive, professional and enthusiastic approach.

Flexibility to work between several sites.

Previous Customer Service Experience is preferred; however full training is provided.

Hours:

Mon – Fri 08.30-18.00 (one hour for lunch)

Saturday 09.00-12.00. (Half day off on a weekday in lieu for working on Saturday morning)
