What the role involves
- Welcoming customers and creating a positive, genuine buying experience;
- Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right Toyota model;
- Supporting customers through test drives, trade‑ins, and the full purchase process;
- Working closely with our Business Manager on finance and insurance options;
- Following up with leads, and building long‑term customer relationships;
- Staying up‑to‑date with new Toyota models, features, and product knowledge;
- Contributing to the overall presentation and vibe of the showroom;
What we’re looking for
- A people person — someone who’s confident, approachable, and enjoys helping others;
- Proven sales experience, especially vehicle sales is a bonus, but not essential — attitude is everything;
- A driven personality, willing to make cold calls and go out on the road;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly;

- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and learning new tools;
