International Students House (ISH) is seeking a highly organised Company Secretary (CoSec) Clerk to support the Company Secretary and CEO with the administration of our Board and Committees. This is a flexible-hours role, with hours varying according to the Board and Committee meeting schedule.
You can expect approximately 5–35 hours per month, with quieter periods during the summer and around Christmas. You will not need to attend every meeting in person, as recordings can be reviewed
