Für unser Production Team suchen wir am Standort Köln ab sofort einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) in der Maschinenbedienung im Bereich metallischer 3D Druck / Additive Fertigung. Du hast Teamgeist, arbeitest aber trotzdem eigenverantwortlich und hast Freude an der Umsetzung unterschiedlicher Aufgaben im Bereich der Maschinen- und Anlagentechnik? Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und bei der Implementierung von Prozessen für einer Metall 3D Druck Anlage (DMG Mori), sowie einer Erodiermaschine (Mitsubishi)
  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau eines fachgerechten und professionellen Arbeitsumfeldes, sowie der Dokumentation von Prozessen und Richtlinien
  • Unterstützung bei Qualitätskontrollen zwischen einzelnen Prozessschritten
  • Unterstützung bei kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserungen (Kaizen‑Aktivitäten)
  • Recherche und strukturierte Aufarbeitung technischer Themen aus wissenschaftlichen Publikationen, Fachliteratur sowie relevanten Normen und Richtlinien
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Testreihen und Studien zur Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessparametern

Das bringst du mit:

  • Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an modernen Fertigungsverfahren
  • Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Metallbauteilen; Kenntnisse im Bereich der additiven Fertigung sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick sowie eine sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Motivation, in einem Produktionsumfeld zu arbeiten, mit direktem Bezug zu praxisnahen Fertigungsprozessen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigenmotivation, verbunden mit einer zuverlässigen und engagierten Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD‑Software (z. B. CATIA oder vergleichbar)
