Deine Aufgaben:
- Maschinen und Anlagen aus mechanischen und elektronischen Teilen warten, Instand halten und (de-)montiere
- Mechatronische Systeme in Betrieb nehmen und bedienen sowie Steuerungen installieren und prüfen
- Halbzeuge und Bauteile fertigen und elektrische Größen prüfen und messen
- Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungs- sowie Modernisierungsmaßnahmen an Maschinen und Anlagen im Bereich der Produktion und Fertigung (z.B. CNC-Fräsmaschinen, CNC-Drehmaschinen, Autoklaven, konventionelle Bearbeitungsmaschinen)
- Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungs- sowie Modernisierungsmaßnahmen an Prüfstände im Bereich Wind Tunnel und Chassis Testbench (z.B. Fahrwerksprüfstände)
- Koordination und Kontrolle von externen Dienstleistern
Deine Qualifikation:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Elektroniker:in, Mechatroniker:in, Elektrotechniker:in, Meister:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit der Begeisterung für die Automatisierungstechnik sowie gute Auffassungsgabe für technische Abläufe
- Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen in der Fehlersuche und -behebung, Erfahrung im Bereich Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik (z.B. SBC oder Siemens) bzw. fundierte Kenntnisse in CNC-Steuerungen (z.B. Siemens, Heidenhain, Celos)
- Sicheres Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und Schaltplänen, sowie Verständnis von Sicherheitstechnik
- Lösungsorientierung, Flexibilität und Aufgeschlossenheit sowie Freude und Bereitschaft an der Übernahme von Verantwortung
- Eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungs- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
